Rural Energy finalist for local business award

We are proud to have been shortlisted for the Leicester Mercury Business Awards 2014 in the category ‘Excellence in Science and Technology’.

Our partners receive the highest levels of guidance and instruction on the installation, commissioning and servicing of our Herz range of heating equipment with hand-on training.

 

We have seen a great response to our self-contained biomass plant rooms that give clients with limited internal building space the opportunity to also benefit from clean, on-site generated renewable heating and hot water. 

Our relationship with leading Austrian biomass boiler manufacturer Herz puts us in a strong position to offer product design and development suggestions. One example is the Herz Firematic boiler with an output of 199kW. We  requested this specific sizing so that our clients in the UK could benefit from optimum Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) payments from the government.

 

We have invested in new warehouse space and grown our warehouse team in order to handle the volume and control of increased stock. We have also expanded our team to include a new dedicated training manager as well as additional technical support and project management staff in order to deal with the growing number of approved partners and biomass projects.
